耿宏章,博士,男,山东博兴人,天津工业大学教授、博士生导师。中国石油大学(华东)应用物理专业理学学士、无线电物理专业理学硕士,韩国成均馆大学高等纳米科学技术研究院纳米科学与技术专业理学博士、碳纳米管和纳米结构复合材料研究中心博士后研究员(师从韩国科学院院士Young Hee Lee教授),美国麻省理工学院电子研究实验室(RLE at MIT)国家公派访问教授(合作导师:电子工程与计算机科学系Jing Kong教授)。

    1991年起在中国石油大学(华东)物理科学与技术学院任教,2009年至今受聘于天津工业大学材料科学与工程学院,曾任国际交流与合作处副处长

国际先进材料与制造工艺学会(SAMPE)北京分会常务理事、分委员会主任,美国化学协会会员;中国微米纳米技术学会高级会员;韩国物理、化学、碳素协会会员等;Carbon, ACS Appl Mater Inter, Nanotechnology, Polymer, J Composites part A,J Nanoparticle Research, Current Applied Physics, Journal of Composite Materials, Wear, Thin Solid Films等国际杂志审稿人;《功能材料》编审专家;科技部国际合作计划项目评价专家。

主讲课程:博士课程《无机材料物理性能》;硕士课程《纳米碳材料》,《半导体器件物理》,《陶瓷材料学》;本科课程《无机材料物理性能》,《材料物理性能》,《复合材料结构设计》等。

  

主要研究方向:

长期从事碳纳米材料(碳纳米管、石墨烯等)相关的基础研究及应用研究。主要研究领域:纳米材料的合成、表征与应用;纳米材料与器件;碳纳米管柔性透明导电薄膜;石墨烯透明导电薄膜;柔性有机发光器件、薄膜晶体管;结构与功能纳米复合材料;复合材料结构与设计;功能化石墨烯及其应用;石墨烯复合防腐材料;功能化膜材料及膜污染探测;超级电容器与二次电池纳米复合电极等。

招收硕博连读生以及材料、物理、化学、化工、无机非、金属、复合、电子等专业研究生。年度计划招生博士1-2人,硕士23人。

近年发表的部分学术论文

在碳纳米材料(碳纳米管、石墨烯)相关方面开展了大量研究工作,已发表研究论文80多篇,作为特邀发言人或以口头发表、墙报发表等参加国际会议60多次。特别是利用碳纳米管来合成透明导电薄膜的研究成果突出,制备的透明导电薄膜的性能在透光率80T%时面电阻已低至70Ω/sq,该性能居世界领先水平。论文被引用1500余次,h-index:15,单篇最高被引用650多次。
