李振环(1975年3月),博士、教授、博士生导师。
1、简介
2006年获得中国科学院理学博士学位,2009年被聘为天津市科技
特派员,2012年获得天津市高校中青年骨干创新人才,2013年获得天津市“131第一层次人才”,2016年获得天津市“131创新型人才团队”资助。近年来申请人主持科研基金16项,发表论文80余篇,其中SCI和EI论文60余篇,申请专利20余项,承担J. Hazard. Mater.、Scientific Reports、RSC Adv、Fuel Process.Technol.和Appl. Catal. A.等近20种期刊论文审稿。开发了非氯化锂体系合成高性能聚苯硫醚(PPS)技术,并在天津石化完成了百吨级中试;联合开发了“半连续化”千吨级PPS产业化工艺包,在天津石化进行“半连续化”示范生产线建设。开展了PPS改性和成形研究,实现了PPS熔喷过滤材料、气液过滤用PPS膜材和PPS纤维材料(含鬃丝)的中试生产等。在山东易澳科技有限公司完成了“优级碳酸二丁酯产品”千吨规模工业化生产(纯度99.5%以上);开发了生物质为原料规模化合成呋喃二甲酸和全生物基呋喃聚酯技术(包含工艺和设备-);开发碳酸二甲酯酯交换法制备了高性能芳香族和脂肪族聚碳酸酯技术,研究了反应规律,解析了聚酯结构与性能的关系(阻隔氧效率、防紫外辐射和透光等性能的内在关系)。参与组建了“天津市聚酯新材料技术工程中心”和“聚芳类高分子材料循环产业链战略联盟”,并担任“山西省科技创新项目”首席专家。

3、研究方向
(1)耐高温和抗腐蚀性过滤材料合成、改性、成形及其气液过滤性能研究:高性能聚苯硫醚基材料合成和改性,聚苯硫醚成膜技术和熔喷技术开发,极端环境用膜材料和膜过程,碳基材料改性特种纤维和树脂研究(聚醚酮酮、聚酰亚胺和芳纶等材料合成与应用)。
(2)资源环境的综合利用技术:生物质法合成5-羟甲基糠醛、呋喃二甲酸和呋喃基聚酯,以及全生物基聚酯在过滤材料和膜材料中的应用;CO2固定合成精细化学品和聚合物技术;氨基酸的可控聚合及蛋白或多肽的性能研究;酶和蛋白等催化生物质转化研究。
(3)非光气法合成碳酸酯、聚碳酸酯和氨基酸酯技术,聚碳酸酯开发和应用研究。
(4)新型有机和无机多孔催化材料制备及其在能源和精细化学品制备中的应用。
